Ashley Roberts has stripped completely naked while getting steamy in the sauna following a sweaty workout.
The former Pussycat Doll, 41, took to Instagram on Wednesday afternoon after heading to the London Cryo wellness centre in Belgravia.
Following her shift at Heart FM in the morning alongside co-star Amanda Holden, the TV and radio presenter put her incredible physique on display while posing up a storm with nothing on.

Throwing her blonde tresses into a high-top messy bun, Ashley let her tousled fringe frame her face.

Ashley's long stone-coloured trench coat reached her ankles and kept her warm on a chilly day for the capital.
She added a pair of funky black sunglasses while heading into her shift for the morning while stepping through Leicester Square.
It comes after Ashley's stalker has been in the docks on trial at Croydon Crown Court.

Lewis Langley, 47, is said to have regularly 'loitered' outside the Heart Radio DJ's office building in Leicester Square, central London.
On one occasion in October last year, he allegedly followed the former Strictly Come Dancing star as she left to get into her waiting car before blowing kisses at her through the window.
He is said to have regularly attended the DJ's workplace early in the morning as Ms Roberts arrived, during a stalking campaign between May and October last year.
Langley was arrested in August last year, when the police told Ms Roberts he had mental health issues and believed he was in a 'romantic relationship' with her, the court heard.
