Melissa Gorga Joins Real Housewives of New Jersey (PHOTOS)
Melissa Gorga, sister-in-law of The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Teresa Giudice, will be joining the cast during season three of the Bravo reality show.
In a Today Show interview with the cast, Giudice wouldn’t confirm rumors that a relative would be joining the show. When wondering who might stir up trouble now that Danielle is gone, Kathie Lee asks, “If she’s not there, who will push the buttons?”
“Somebody else,” says Hoda. “Who is the girl? Your relative might be on it…what’s her name?” she asks Teresa.
“I have no idea,” claims Teresa.
“Oh you know. What is her name? There’s a relative that we’re supposed to talk about in the chat that we didn’t,” presses Hoda.
“There’s a few relatives actually,” says Teresa. “A lot of my friends got interviewed,” she continues non-committed.
There has also been no official confirmation from Bravo, however, cameras have been filming at Gorga’s home for weeks, according to reports.
31-year-old Melissa, who’s maiden name is Marco, is married to Teresa’s brother, Giuseppe Gorga. She and her infant son were reportedly the source of the controversy between Teresa and Danielle on the reunion special.

“Danielle always likes to hit below the belt, and she brought up something that had nothing to do with the show,” Teresa says of the incident. “I said to her not to bring up my family.”
“Melissa’s husband used to have a landscaping business and then he got into real estate. And she used to do his paperwork as his secretary and now she is a housewife,” a Giudice family friend tells RadarOnline.
“Their house is actually twice the size as Joe and Teresa’s. It’s enormous! She has two live-in nannies and lives in a $4 million mansion on an exclusive lot in Montville. Teresa and Joe’s house looks like a garage compared to theirs.”
The Gorga home, a 13,500 square foot European-styled mansion, which features an Italian marble foyer and dual marble stairways, an enormous kitchen, custom fireplaces and domed ceilings, was listed for $4.5 million, but was pulled off the market shortly after news broke that Melissa might be joining the RHONJ cast.
